Already in the 1950s, Goebel designers in Rödental were sketching playful rabbits with a unique look. With the help of under-glaze decoration, which ensures high product quality, the modelers working with Helmut Fischer brought these little “long ears” to life.

Over the decades, they matured and became more and more “grown up“. Thus, the appearance of the rabbit collection has changed and – e.g. by adding clothing – been even further enhanced. Also, a combination of under- and on-glaze decoration has now been added to these comic, playful designs, giving them a unique appearance.
